Directors

Nehemiah’s Directors are responsible for the overall legal, financial and strategic development of the charity.

Jamie Colman

Jamie is a Solicitor in and Partner of Plexus Law, a specialist London law firm. Jamie is Nehemiah’s Chair and has been a Nehemiah Director, involved in every aspect of Nehemiah's development, for the last 12 years.

The Honourable Moira Rank

Wife of the late Joseph Rank, Moira is a Council Member of the Royal Alexander and Albert School in Surrey. Moira also became a Nehemiah Director 12 years ago and has been involved since the inception of the charity.

Penny Parker

Penny trained as a solicitor at Freshfields and left in 1994 to look after her family. Penny has a wealth of experience of working in prisons. She is very involved in HMP Wandsworth; as a trustee for Prison Fellowship, a tutor for the Sycamore Tree Victim Awareness and Restorative Justice Programme and she also volunteers in the Chaplaincy Department.

Tom Nell

Before he retired, Tom was Managing Director of two subsidiaries of Cory Environmental Ltd for 11 years, and before that, he spent three years with Serco plc and 18 years with Whitbread plc. He has experience of everything from strategy to on the ground delivery of services and all the business functions from Finance to Human Resources.
