Thursday 16th May
We said goodbye yesterday to one of our fundraisers, Theresa, who has been a solid and fundamental member of the team here at Nehemiah over the last 18 months. Not only has she supported the charity in fundraising but she has been an inspiration and example to all the men who come to the house, and a supporter and encourager among the staff.
She is now moving on to work as a case manager for young offenders in Feltham prison. We know that she will thrive there and will be able to use her skills in abundance working with young people, as she did for Nehemiah.
We hope this isn't the last we see of Theresa though! She'll be helping out at the Big Church Day Out next weekend and will be coming along to some of our future events!
We wish her all the best in her new endevours.
