Friday 17th October
Our fundraiser went along with two residents to Clapham North underground station this week for a charity collection. The guys were very enthusiastic to help, handing out leaflets and holding a bucket on a wet and windy day.
One resident, 'Dom', was getting stuck in speaking in a loud voice and telling all passer bys about the wonderful work of Nehemiah. Our fundraiser explained how he began to get more passionate, saying... "They helped me when I had no one, they put me back on my feet. It could happen to anyone. I am here today so that someone else can get the same support I did. Please make a difference". It really is making a difference, and these guys aren't afraid to share where they have been, and now where they are going...
