Charlotte joined Nehemiah in June 2025, bringing with her four years of experience as a Recovery Programmes Facilitator and Team Leader within the criminal justice system. Prior to this, she worked with vulnerable adults with disabilities in the community while studying Psychology. In her current role, Charlotte supports Stage 2 residents as they take the next steps in their recovery journey. Driven by a holistic understanding of individuals she draws on both her academic background and practical experience to empower the men she works with to lead fulfilling, purposeful lives.
